How I Started:
I wanted to bench more than my dad, 350+ but i broke my arm the day after i hit 300, so i started again in march of 07 and have been off and n with injuries.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get from lifting heavy weight. Being a small guy its sweet to haave poeple look at me and ask, " How much or how often do u work out?" I like it my goal is to be a machine.
How I Stay Motivated:
WWE i want to be a wrestler in the wwe.

Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
simple, you can push yourself past your normal comfort zone, more weight, its safer, stay focused less distractions, the list goes on

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
