How I Started:
I first begun working out during the war back in 2003. With alot of time on my hands, I turned to working out. I have been off and on since that time.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy, and self confidence I get from working out. Its a drug, once you start you're hooked.
How I Stay Motivated:
The look on my fiance's face when she sees the transformation. Thankfully she likes a big man, and I dont have all the pressure of having to be cut up for her to notice.

I feel you. I have always tried to put on weight so I just ate everything in sight, so the crappy food and MREs were a plus. My NCOIC was a beast, otherwise I would have watched bootleg movies all the time like everyone else instead of working out.
I from exp that it can be tough to work out over there. When I was there it was how I kept my mind straight. It was probably the biggest I have ever been. Keep up the good work and stay safe
