I am in the Army. I want a body that can take the abuse and be a motavation to my men. I need to get myself in great shape before I can be a good leader. Buy December 2008 I want to be up or around 190 LBS. I want to be at 6 % body fat.

After doing a good squat exercise I will keep the weight on my back and move up and down on my toes and really feel the burn in the cafs

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I enjoy weighted dips. I will warm up with two sets of 10 reps. Then get the belt and knock out 10 reps with 90 lbs !!!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I like to do a few differnet exercises. My favorites are but not limited to - Standing Barbell curl , Scott curl , rope curl , and the dumbbell seated curl.
Glad you are good man. The training is going well, just still trying to find what works for me, you know. Looks like you are doing well, keep it up man!
just getting back into it, hoping this site will help keep me motivated... typically Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms all on separate days... and cardio whenever I can squeeze it in.
