How I Started:
I got tired of dreaming about getting fit and decided to do something about it. I've been a gym rat ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love to challenge myself in the gym. I love pushing myself, sweating, feeling strong while working out. I enjoy the rush after finishing a good workout. This is my favorite part of the day. This is my time. You know what, it just feels good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep an old photo to remind me how far I've come (4 sizes smaller). However, I'm looking to build more muscle and get leaner. I love the energy and the confidence I've gained.

Maintaining what I've done so far. I don't think I've achieved my best yet.

Things are going good so far.I am at this time looking for a good training partner.other than that it's going go.hope yours is on track and going well.I'll stay in touch.
My weekend is going good as far as training I am trying to show folks even though you dont have alot to work with you can always get a great workout at home I have a few dumbbells a weight bench and a chinup bar I do alot of bodyweight exercises so far so good I been making progress not to joining a gym would be a great plus but unfortnately in this small town we dont so I rely on this site for info alot lol but continue on with your goals get lean and fit
