How I Started:
It was always on and off since the age of 15 but after an attact of pneumonia i decided to get back and it took me a long time . I stopped drinking and smoking too and after 8 months I motivated my self to start and felt the urge to keep healthy and strong and so i started warming up at teh ending of 2008 and here i am all charged and focused and i hope i stay this way through my life .
Why I Love It:
Everytime i look at my self in the mirror it makes me feel good and confident about my self.
How I Stay Motivated:
By checking out pictures of other motivated people and see them pregress dy by day . I feel if they can do it so can i , they are humans like me after all .. lol
I am on my way and i have realised its a stable and slow process . But only if you are dedicated , hard working , training well , eating right and sleepign well....... I will reach there very soon . I have a goal in mind and i hope i every step takes me there.....

you dont necessarily have to pull both arms,..i do because i choose to..but if you go to the Worlds, you must qualify for each arm..meaning you must place 1st or 2nd at your national level to be allowed to compete...its personal preference
wow..i just talked to a friend of mine who arnwrestles from Turkey..he knows everyone..and there is no-one in India...i thought for sure there would have been...
you def have to start by actually doing it...1st point of safety is to ALWAYS look at your hand..it will prevent breaks...always keep your should a hands width apart from your hand wether in the winning position or the losing position...work on slow movements...
