How I Started:
Off and on in highschool in the off-season of lacrosse and some in the beginning of my college career. I got sick of the first week death fatigue and made a new years resolution to take better care of myself (diet and exercise)

Excellent results over 20 months or so..especially considering how much height you have to pack it onto. Only 9 pounds net gain means you're in way better condition, too. good job.

At 6'5"-225lbs, I'm glad I didn't run into you on the lacrosse field. Showing good muscle gains. Harder for a tall man. Hang in there. Contiued progress in '07!

Big frame to fill out however you've done great job to date. Big broad shoulders, solid arms and chest/pecs. Thin the waist out a bit to get those abs showing and look out. Continued success, Andre and keep posting.
