Played sports in high school, then started to play in college and knew i had to get bigger to compete at that level
Haven't worked out as much as i wanted because of being in season, trying to get back at it during the summer
Why I Love It:

I am having surgery on my shoulder on wednesday and will be out of lifting for about 3 months as i do rehab and therapy, anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to stay in shape, whether it be biking on a stationary bike or what not?
