Here is after a summer of not eating much, 5'7 130 lbs. This is me going into my junior year of high school. Prior to this I was always an endomorph, skinny fat kid. Freshman year the first time I tried to bench I could hardly rep the bar my arms were shaking so wildly. I have come a long way due to some dedication.

Here I am leaned out at about 150. I felt pretty good about myself at this point, not big but at least making progress. I had 13 inch arms but lacrosse kept me tiny.

I was thinking about entering a transformation contest with these pics, but I ended up breaking my back before I could finish.

Here I am at 150. I had already injured(august 2007) and broken my back at this point so I was not lifting lower body anymore. I had no idea however, the extent of the damage done and the effects it would soon have on me. I was put in my back brace on december 28th, 2007, and not released until the end of april in 2008.
