When I Started:
Dec, 2006
How I Started:
First time I ever picked up a weight was my first year of high school. I loved it, but my parents couldn't afford for me to go to a gym so I rarely lifted weights and worked out in any way I could. When I became very dedicated to lacrosse I started to lift pretty hard in my junior year of highschool, but after finally developing a good base and weighing around 155 I suffered from a serious injury in lacrosse that crippled me to a back brace until the summer of 08. I am now recovering from a stress fracture in my L5-S1 disk of my back, which still limits me from any movements that heavily compress the spine. I am lifting again and pushing myself to the max. I might have lost the ability to play lacrosse but no one can take the gym from me.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the limit and always improving. I have reached so many goals I thought I never could yet I keep setting the bar higher and pushing myself to meet it.
The weight room is my temple and salvation. It is my castle and protection. It is my true home. No matter what is going on in my life, no matter how bad things can become, the weight room is the one place I can escape from it all and clear my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from within. I am a dedicated beast.

Here is after a summer of not eating much, 5'7 130 lbs. This is me going into my junior year of high school.
Prior to this I was always an endomorph, skinny fat kid. Freshman year the first time I tried to bench I could hardly rep the bar my arms were shaking so wildly. I have come a long way due ...
He is a native Californian with ridiculous vascularity and is 100% natural. His dedication and efforts are motivational and his knowledge base is bigger than he is!
Thanks, the comp was an absolute blast! I'll be stepping back on stage for the NPC Natural Michigan July 18. You should plan on competing this season. With your excellent back def, V-taper, and wicked abs! -Jeff
I saw your first progress picture, almost the same exact starting point for me except i had less fat. Though, it looks like you've made a great turnaround. I'm planning on bulking about to about 165,and I might cut for a bit.
