How I Started:
I started lifting when I was a freshman. I was way out of shape and took a weight training class. After that class I didn't lift for an entire year, when I took another weight training class as a sophomore. Over the summer I didn't eat anything and didn't lift. I lost a lot of fat but also lost my muscle. In December I decided to start lifting again because I wanted to become stronger.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel and look good
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror, and think of how I can become stronger and more muscular.
BB Accomplishments:
going from being 140 pounds and benching 65 pounds to where I am now.

I want to recover from my stress fracture and then pass my previous strength and size.
Goal (Long):
I already have a pretty lean body after some effort, but now I want to continue to gain strength and size. I want to weigh in at 175ish pounds and bench 315 and squat at least 405. I also need to fix my symmetry issues and I would like to increase my arm size and shred my lower abs and legs.
I saw your first progress picture, almost the same exact starting point for me except i had less fat. Though, it looks like you've made a great turnaround. I'm planning on bulking about to about 165,and I might cut for a bit.
Oh I'm sorry you were sick. tha must have sucked. Things are going great. I just finished an exhausting arms and chest session this afternoon, as well as some cardio thrown in, so I'm a little tired. What did you have?
