I stay in touch with my favorite pro's and also to try and connect with other competitors as much as possible. Its easy to stay motivated when you stay appreciative and grateful for the gifts God has given you and mindful of how blessed you truly are! I also listen to motivational music, music ALL the time. That is the best form of therapy for me.
