Thanks man, glad you took interest. I'll post a new blog soon. Honestly, I don't count calories. I eat as much as I can, literally & forcefully, keeping the meals as high protein as I can. I look more at protein and base everything else off that number, calories mean nothing to me.
Mon-Fri=250g Pro, 250g Carbs, 50g fat. Sat-Sun=250g Pro, 400g Carbs, 100g fat... Totals up about 2,500 Calories a day, its not total cals that matter, its source of cals that matter.

I was wondering whether you ever get tingles in your wrist or fingers during or after lifting? I only seem to get it on Incline DB presses, and was interested to see if there is anyone else with a similar problem. Solid build by the way!
