I got started working out because of a friend I met. She was into weight lifting and competing. She motivated me to make a change in my life and now I feel great and I love working out!!
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and I feel better about myself!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the amount of questions I get from people who have seen the changes in me over the past 5 to six months. It also motivates others!!
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost alot of weight, My goal was to only get down to 200 but I shot past that so now the sky is the limit!!
I would like to get to my ideal body weight and sculpt my body from there!!!
Goal (Long):
I started dieting and exercising about 5 months ago and I have lost a total of 40 lbs. I have been working out and taking whey protein and creatine but I have also been doing alot of cardio. My goal is to get to get between 175 and 185 and just really tone and define my body all over. I was reluctant to put my pictures on here but I trust that you guys will lead me in the right direction so I am putting pictures on in hopes that I could get some advice and better my health as well.
