Gain 10-15 pounds of muscle!

My goal is to have less than 10% bodyfat.

I want to compete this fall

I want to gain muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage from 18% to 10%.

Gain 20 lbs.

Get into health magazine and then on cover! I want to massage everyone. Being a cert. massage therapist allows me to do some amazing work on the body when it gets stressed out and in chronic pain. So I want to massage the world!

Maintain my gains, stay lean.

2008 show season is done. I did not place at the shows the way I wanted to but nonetheless gained more insight to peaking which is a strong WIN! I will only do one show next year...Yorton Cup. Amatuer or Pro...I can't decide.
