When I Started: Sep 2011
HOW I STARTED:

But what first got me to work out would be in Sports. Thats where I figured out I loved working out. I love the feeling before during and after. People may complain how its a pain in the ass but I love it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Not only does it make me feel great, its healthy and it makes me look great. Plus im a very active person im constantly moving.
