How I Started:
I got started in winter 07. Even though it was going well I quit a few months later because I got stressed trying to fit working out in with my work schedule. Working out and eating healthy was a big change for me and I found it overwhelming. Now I want to give it another shot and get in better shape than I've ever been in!
Why I Love It:
It's a way to relieve stress unlike any other and it makes me feel healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm finally getting it! Seeing other peoples progress makes me strive to reach my goals so I can look back at my own progress one day. Looking at other girls and fitness magazines and seeing what I could look like always keeps me going.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I just got back into fitness which is why i haven't joined anywhere but I'm moving soon and am already looking into gyms there. Working out at home is nice if you're worried about being judged but I'd rather be in a gym. Its nice to be surrounded by people with the same goals of being in shape. So after my first few weeks I've had a bad couple of days. Saturday was supposed to be a cheat day for me but it turned into a cheat weekend! :-( I didn't pay any attention to what I ate and I didn't work out at all. I thought I would redeem myself Monday but that went down the tubes...
