How I Started:
I've been working out for the past 10 years. I played sports all through high school and college, so lifting came naturally. I just started taking it seriously in the past 2-3 years and I've recently decided to take the next step into figure competitions, my 1st one is May 16th, 2009.
Why I Love It:
It's the second best thing to playing soccer, and now that I can't run or play anymore it's my only outlet. I have two bulging disk in my back, so the doctor said no more high intensity sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its just a way of life for me. I just wish I could reach out to so many more people that struggle with their weight and never achieve their true physical healthiness. Its a mind set that so many people have wrong.

Just started, can't wait, I'd love to win my first competition but we will see.
