My husband started going to the gym all the time and ended up dropping 60+ lbs and was in amazing shape! He inspired me to get in there...plus i was tired of being "soft" and wanted real muscle!
Why I Love It:
It just puts me in a good mood...and it gives me some much needed "me" time =)
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading my muscle magazines!

I have calf muscles now...still small but they ARE there!

So i have only been seriously lifting for about a month now but have quickly taken an interest in the world of figure competitions. However, i can NOT believe the cost of everything! I would LOVE to be able to compete one day....but how on earth does anyone afford to do that! I can barely keep...

I do once a week heavy and then sometimes do hanging leg raises without weight too. I had to slow down with the weights cus they got so huge on me
