What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Singlet/Shorts in summer and trackies/singlet in winter for comfort
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Seated calf raises with the weight > my bodyweight. How do you expect to train your calves on a weight you walk around on all day.
What leg workout has worked best for you?
Heaavy squats and deadlifts.

Day one of protein hell
Well I certainly chose a bad week to start this diet. My partners birthday and my dads, brothers and grandads birthdays are all this weekish so have been flat out decorating cakes and making dinners etc. Not to mention an order of cupcakes to make for friday also. Sigh,...
