How I Started:
I started working out with Tony Little video tapes back in high school. I got very fast results and loved it. I have flat feet and torn ligaments in my ankles which I am having repaired. It has always bothered me that I have flat feet and can't be as athletic as all my friends, so with working out, weight training and dieting...I can at least look like I get to do all of those fun sports!

BB Accomplishments:
I lost 8 lbs. of fat in a very short period of time(which was pretty much all of the fat on my body). I looked awesome, felt great and clothes fit me so well. I want to get back there again!!
Good luck with the transformation. I am just starting myself and trying to build a network of folks starting at or around the same time for motivation.
