Good surprise this morning - was above the 85kg i set as an objective for my bulk.

Decided to keep the alimentation up, but to restart swimming slowly, so I would get rid of excess bodyfat.  Can't wait to see the abs coming back. And swimming should definitely help my shoulder...

Hey, For bulking I do a three day on one day off split. 2 bodyparts per day. I find it really hard to gain fat so I don't do any cardio when bulking, which is all the time cause I have low bf %. I try and eat as much as I can, 4-5 meals a day and use Mucletech Masstech with pretty good results. I would recommend a try. Do you take any pretraining supps?

I lost strength because i drank and partied to much when starting in university, was working out too long with low volume and extremely high intensity and because i didnt workout for long :( I live in Århus, second biggest city in Denmark. Where you here on vacation?

Yea, 200 grams of protein <75 carbs, 60 grams of good fat. I lift 6 days a week, and i hit cardio 5 days a week (pre season 100m training for track).
