Good surprise this morning - was above the 85kg i set as an objective for my bulk.

Decided to keep the alimentation up, but to restart swimming slowly, so I would get rid of excess bodyfat.  Can't wait to see the abs coming back. And swimming should definitely help my shoulder...

I'm battling a shoulder injury too. Took a week off to rest it and I feel terrible! Should be able to get back into training soon to start a bulking cycle. Good luck!
