Good surprise this morning - was above the 85kg i set as an objective for my bulk.
Decided to keep the alimentation up, but to restart swimming slowly, so I would get rid of excess bodyfat. Can't wait to see the abs coming back. And swimming should definitely help my shoulder...
thanks bud, im pretty happy with how it turned out. my size stayed pretty good and i ended up pretty lean. didnt have a trainer and i lift alone so things went decent :) its tough bein on your own, pushing yourself. really tests your willpower
I just stopped by to say way to go and to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great inspiration to so many others. Believe & Achieve!
no prob bro! im slowing getting there. i've been training at home, but finally got off my ass and signed up at a gym. the trainer there is kicking my ass. lol

ya i never really thought id be actually competing either, but i always admired bodybuilders, especially the old school classic ones. So i decided to do it this year, get my feet wet, and give myself a good place to start workin on weak points for next year.
ha, thanks, my back is one of my stronger points :)
Your cut seems to be going really well! Looking a little ripped. I know I asked you last time, but if you've got dedication like that, you should consider competing. :D Take it slow man, patience renders results too! Have fun.
Thanks man. But yeah, it's my rotator cuff. So far Ice is my new best friend... Infact I got better advice from a MMA trainer than I did for the doctor (all i got were pain killers). He said ice it for 10 minutes, every hour, as much as possible. Of course work, sleep, etc get in the way... but doing this my shoulder is really getting better.
good lucky with that man, definitely take care of the shoulder, im going to start adding personal videos for beginners on here as well as keep updating blogs, illkeep you posted defintiely!
