In the evening, shoulder felt much better... decided to work my back, where shoulder and elbow are not...
Sound like you blasted back and good move on backing away from shoulders till it heals. I know that frustration all too well. My back workout was mediocre, running on empty :(
than 4 the valuable info. bro i hav heard that one shud not eat any carbs after 6 p.m is that rite . but u can take protein . wen shud i take cod liver oil seven sea in the nite or in morning ? one more question which milk is good for body building buffalo milk or cow milk do drink milk ? if u dont mind what u eat in breakfast , lunch and dinner ? i m sorry if i hav ask u alot of question but bro hope u dont mind.

Deep squats (back and front), leg press, lunges, and extensions are the main exercises I employ - generally heavy with slow/controlled contractions. Nothing fancy. ;)

yeah ive had a few injuries past 6 months like you and completely prevented me lifting anything so had a real downer but its coming back swiftly i hope to return to my best in a few months.i wish u alot of gains ;)
nice man good job! i hear ya on that i hate myself in bulk too but it is kinda nice being able to eat almost whatever you want without worrying about it haha keep it up though sounds like it workin good for ya ill do the same im trying to max out by christmas then cut back too
