How I Started:
I was diagnosed by my ENT doctor with thyroid cancer. After the test results, my thyroid did not have malignant cell but the left side had a nodule. My doctor was afraid that it was continue to grow and become malignant. I was schedule to have surgery to remove the left of my thyroid. I was devastated and afraid, but at that time i decided to charge of my health.
Why I Love It:
At first I didn't like it, but I needed to be in control of my health. So I stuck with it and I saw the change of my strength and endurance.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of me working out.

LOL, well girl, I will be trying the coquito on New Years. I am so ready for the holidays to be completely over. I over did it probably but back to my clean eating today. I made it to the gym too, yesterday it was closed so I had a day off finally. I am still sore from my last work out. ttys
