How I Started:
I started working out at home watching the fitness channel.
In Mexico I began going to the gyms at 18, but I wasn't constant. Then after few years and gaining lot of wait I decided to have a healthy life and began working out seriously.
Why I Love It:
When you stat looking better and feeling better it becomes addictive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching pics of how I was years ago and how I am now.
Reading health magazines, etc.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost my body fat and gained muscle mass. My abs are starting to appear!
