How I Started:
I think I got started back when I was in high school and it was our football off season and all we did was lift and train. And from there I really liked to train and see results from all the hard work that I put into the gym. After that I have been on and off training due to my school and work schedule, but recently I have become more dedicated.
Why I Love It:
Whats there not to love about it... it builds character, self esteem and dedication
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest motivation for me is seeing results from the long hard hours I put into the gym, all of my effort. And once in while its good to get a complement or two.

E.-Put the Effort in the gym and not worry what anyone else is doing, the results will show for themselves.
L.-If you don?t know how to work a muscle, then Learn, pull up a book, website, etc. and do some research.
M.-It's ok to make Mistakes, learn from them and train to make up for it.
Just a thought I had last night…are there any medications that actually hurt you while you are training, in a negative way. I mean lets say you are starting to get sick or have a co worker that is sick and you take pre-cautions. Taking like Tylenol, motrin, airbourne…medicine like...

Hey, I am doing good trying a new work out thing...and trying to split my weights and cardio routine again...and do weights in the morning and cardio at night...it seems to be working so far...
