How I Started:
I was just tired of being out of shap,wishing I could look like this/that guy. I wrote my goals down and hung them up on the wall.
Why I Love It:
It's a good way to release stress, and emotion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just see movies, pics or people I know and they motivate me to keep going and to push to the goals I'm trying to reach.

I have been training hard too. I have an early legs and glutes training tomorrow and then beach, yep work first then play :) Don't worry, you will get there in no time, just don't forget eating clean is the key. I know it's difficult but you'll get use to it. Hope you enjoy your weekend.
