How I Started:
I have always liked sport and i use to jog a lot in the park but then when i got a gym i started training.I got started in march 2007 . Since then I started training 6 times a week or 5. Then I started reading more about bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
when I started doing bodybuilding it has changed my life. before I was not confidence and now this sport has given me more confidence to cope in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading articles in the internet and learning more about this sport.

for me the most dangerous weightlifting exercise is squats because you have to be very careful when you bend your back down straight if not you can have serious injuries
