My Workout Program
My workout routine is as follows:
(1) Shoulder and trap with triceps
(2) Chest and legs (Including calves)
(3) Back and biceps
(4) If I go four times, I try to make a full body workout
Before I start working out, I do cardio for 20 minutes a least then I do 300 differents abs for every area of my belly..
When I really start working out, I normally do 5 different sets for each ones; 3 reps from 12 to 8 according to the weight for each set..
