What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
its all about having sum tunes blasting in your ear that get u pumped, and a little caffeine doesnt hurt either.
the alcohol... well.. I enjoy partying too much, so basically I just limit myself to friday and saturday during which I just do cardio to feel better once again!
