A I dont have a set rep range. It has changed up and down back and forth over the years. I have tried fst 7, power rep range and shock, volume workouts, 5X5 german training. all kinds and most recently I am doing all out DC training. I guess its the conbination of adapting and moving on to something else that has worked for me

yah I need to do new vids. I am way stronger then that right now! repping 405 now and squating 5 plates for 10+ reps. DC training is awesome. I rebounded really well after the show. I am 248 at 8%bf. LOL the power of starving yourself for 16 weeks

If your going through alot of stress bro. dont worry so much about training. you need to get whatever it is worked out before you can even think about making progress. everything has to fit around this lifestyle to make the best gains. If I were you I would figure whatever it is out, take a few extra days off. its not worth going in to the gym stress out and stressing your body out even more and possibly injuring yourself.

yah we were going to. I think he had to train people late. it was suppose to be today. I ended up doing back with addison. things are great. I am about 250lbs and still have really good abs. stronger then I have ever been 2 and still have 7 months to bulk. hows your training going??

I actually take in 500grams now.yah I have had to make my body adjust over the years. alot of adapting. now I can throw down alot of food. at times I struggled and had to force feed and do alot of weight gainer shakes. most of the battle of bbgin is done at the kitchen table not at the gym. thats for damn sure!

doing great. started doing all out DC training and I blew up. sitting at a lean 250lbs with still good abs. just going to keep rolling with this untill I peak! I just need more size to match my conditioning. how is your offesason?

yah tough sport. alot of people thought I had it because I out conditioned him. But I was smaller. NOw my new plan is to get bigger. so the next time Its close it wont be because I will be bigger and better conditioned. it was my own fault, I opted to drop 14lbs of water that night to make LH. I could have just carbed up and kept sipping and would have been alot bigger and fuller. lesson learned. at the 7 feathers I weighed in at 208 so I need at least another 10lbs this year! what next for you

the only problem is that if it stays 16+% you will have to drop a ton of weight to be Competively ready for a bodybuilding show. ie you will need to lose at least 40+lbs. as for adding cardio in while bulking. I like the idea. cardio has alot of nutrient delivery properties not to mention keep your metabolism up so you can eat more. It also helps with regular circulation, endorphins etc etc.

yah man all 3 of those products are great. definetly stat incorporating some of each into your regimine if you are training hard already and eating correctly. get a good whey protein product and have a scoop in the morniing, one before training and 1 after trianing. take your creatine before and after training. and take a multivitmain in the morning with food and one with your last meal before bed. good luck

NO I go early mornings now. at 730 am untill 930 or so. been training with a couple of the maxmuscle managers. I actually kinda like morninigs, give me more time to dick around after work. hows training?

It comes down to the dilligence in my diet. I dont miss meals. I always eat a little more every month. I didnt even eat cake at my own wedding. I think its my obsessive compulsive behavior with diet that got me here. Most of the weight was gained in my first couple years because my body was so small and needed to get bigger. the last 3 I get maybe 8-10lbs a year. if u go on my myspace page you can look at my progress pics over the course of the whole 5 years.

thanks bro. glad to see you are making it!! Its weird to think 5yrs ago I was checking the scale 20 times a day. going in suanas nad spitting in a cup all day, just so I was skinnier. I remember bingeing out on Peanut butter and I would eat the whole adams 2lb jar. then of course throw it up. On my wifes prop night I ate like 27 oatmeal cookies and threw those up after every 2 or 3. Its sad. but good to look back and say WTF. those days are done

thanks man. yah I actually blew up now. got done with the shows and photoshoots. back to buisness. I am 245lbs right now again. still lean with abs. I just need more size
