I was a bulemic and Anorexic back in 2003-2004. I weighed a staggering 119lbs. Came to relization that something needed to be done. Havent looked back since.

Bodyweight has gone from 119lbs- 263lbs back down to 208.10lbs for competition. So in 5 years I have put on around 90lbs of muscle.

Goal (Long):
Want to gain around 10lbs of muscle this year and come into the heavyweight class at around 220lbs

Been going good, geting stronger and look and feel much tighter.. Weigh in in 2 weeks and will see if scale is showing gain or loss in weight. I am going for 260..
