I was a bulemic and Anorexic back in 2003-2004. I weighed a staggering 119lbs. Came to relization that something needed to be done. Havent looked back since.

Bodyweight has gone from 119lbs- 263lbs back down to 208.10lbs for competition. So in 5 years I have put on around 90lbs of muscle.

Want to gain around 10lbs of muscle this year and come into the heavyweight class at around 220lbs

hey i saw your before and after pictures and it really inspired me. I am new to this site and would like to get on some supplements. I am 19 and want to take creatine, protein, and multis but dont know where to look. If you have a minute, could you write a sentence or two with advice on which ones to try? thanks man
Question for you. I have made excellent gains in 2 years.. but need more direction. Which supplements do you suggest (Roids or not doesnt matter) Currently im on a 4 day split routine. Thanks a million! Keep it up!!
Yeah, I have many horrible times I remember too, most of them binging on bowls after bowls of cereal, and other things like checking the scale a LOT, just like you. But now it's over and will NEVER happen again.
