Background
I was a bulemic and Anorexic back in 2003-2004. I weighed a staggering 119lbs. I was at the gym and I tried benching 135lbs. My wife was spotting me and I couldnt get even one rep. She had to rush over and get one of the trainers to help get the bar off my neck. The trainer then procedded to tell me that was to heavy for someone as small as me. This was the breaking point and I then relized that something needed to be done. Havent looked back since.
