I want to get down to 125! Gotta look slim and sexy.
Goal (Long):
I have had two kids back to back, and i havent been able to get to the gym because they werent able to go to the gym daycare. I had gained about 70 lbs from both of my kids, and i am ready to lose the weight. I want to get to 120lbs. My goal is to get slim, and toned. I hate being fat, and i hate looking at myself in the mirror more. I want to be slim, and be able to wear the clothes i want to again, and to just overall happy with myself, and my body. I dont want my kids to look at a mother who is fat and misrable, and i dont want my husband to look and see this big elephant.
Hey is there anyone out there who can give me recipes, and food list for clean eating. I have a small amount now and i need help for the long run. Thank You!!!
this weekend I will type up my weight lifting plan and my cardio and I will email it to you on here. I'll make a list of the food that I eat but beware its really simular to a vegetarian diet except I eat fish. I lot (TON) of whole grains and veggies. But I am happy with it.
Oh yeah and Ive been lifting too. Medium weight but high reps. I get a lot of the plans from Oxygen, MF Hers and Womens Health. And I think POSITIVE all the time. I used to hate getting up and going to the gym (and I still do) but I focus on how great I feel when I finish my workout to motivate myself to get my butt up. Positive attitude changes everything.
HI!! How are you? My diet is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. And I workout 5-6 d/p/w. Its funny cause I used to spend an hour on the treadmill and now I do a max of 25min and the progress has been great. But that 25mins is tough. A mix between sprinting/jogging/running the entire time. When Im done i can barely walk, talk or breathe. But its working!
Thanks so much girl and sorry for the delay I have been swamped between fitness challenges, work, gym, personal (barely any of that) etc etc etc...The boots I believe I got at sears or macys a year ago...I'm sure you can find them though, they are pretty standard ;op. Its going well, just hoping to see more along the lines of 3-4lb per week losses as opposed the 1s and 2s. Starting to see some small changes in my body. Hopefully over time they become more noticeable.
