He's my best friend. It's always a blast having a best friend who shares the same enjoyment of workout out with you. He helps me stay motivated and pushes me to get better every time we workout.

you can hit calves 2x a week for sure, your legs take a lot of work to get burnt out since you're always using them ( walking, running ) etc.
I actually hit my calves 2x a week, I do a lot of supersets for them.
For upper legs ( hams, glutes etc ) every leg workout i do 10 sets of squats pyramiding up and down.
try using some heavier weight and go for 3 - 5 struggled reps ( but ATG always )

i got a new workout partner so workouts are like 10x more intense since we both go hard no homo
i banged out 315 x 3 on flat and 275 x 2 on incline new pr's
dang man ur progress pics jus inspired the hell out of me....Tell me sumthin everytime u hit the weights did u feel the pump and was u sore the day after it...
