My latest visit to doctor, and realization that 34th birthdy is approaching. Also, a good friend of mine joined the Air Force, and I looked up the fitness requirements for the Air Force Reserves: 1.5 miles in 8:55. I would like to achieve this goal & go running with him when he gets home!
Why I Love It:

I want my wife to see me as "sexy." I want that reaction that Abb Ansley's wife from the "Body of Work" video had - This woman knew her husband was working out, but didn't realize the progress he was making. One day after returning from the gym, he takes off his shirt & she has this "Oh my God!" look on her face! Like she saw her husband for the 1st time & wanted to jump on him right there!
I want to remove all doubt from the minds of other men. When they see me with my wife, I don't ever want the question "How did he snag her?" ever to come into their mind.
Lastly, knowing that there a 5 times more people that DON'T believe in me, than those that do - Being able to prove them wrong - Success is the greatest revenge!

Goal (Long):
Lose fat/build muscle. Become as lean as possible & maintain that leaness throughout the year. I, for once, want to do something "special" during my lifetime. I want to stop being average, start being outstanding!
I would like to have a serious six-pack, and be as lean as possible. I want to "command" the room when I walk into it! Lastly, I want to, not only participate, but perform in recreational sports locally (Flag Football, Basketball, Soccer, and Slo-Pitch Softball)

The kids are back in school & I recently lost my job - What does that mean? 2 A DAYS!!
Got the house to myself and can do some hardcore training - (after I do the dishes, the laundry, the bathrooms, vacuum, mow the grass, watch Oprah, etc....)

Unfortunately, nutrition is the key factor when working out. I wish that we were taught proper nutrition when we were younger. Hope you're having a progressive week buddy.
it starts from within! i know you are able to do this...baby steps...that's what i started with and am still working at it since i have a way to go...keep me posted on your progress...the best thing that i've achieved from this so far, confidence and belief in my capabilities, not only physically but all around...stay focused!
