With a cheap meal plan with some results.
Breakfast: i eat 1 cup of egg whites with salsa and a half cup of plane oat meal. Drink another protein shake 40 Grams Whey post work out. Eat Lunch: chicken breast or canned tuna with carrots or broccoli. Dinner: canned tuna or chicken with carrots or broccoli & a chees stick. Late night snack 4 oz. of turkey, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Before bed I drink a casein protein and hit the sack. Once or twice a week I’ll eat red meat. The only liquid I consume is H2o and sometimes unsweetened tea or coffee.
