To decrease bodyfat levels and increase more lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have been kind of chunky pretty much all of my life. I have been consistently trying to lose weight now for over 6 years. I can never seem to make it past a certain point and over the years my weight has gone up and down like crazy. I am tired of having my weight in the back of mind and I am ready to take it to the next level and do what it takes to not only achieve but maintain my fitness goals. I would like to be 137 pounds with 15% bodyfat. I want to get rid of this belly fat, fat on my back and cellulite on my thighs once and for all.
Okay I know I am not supposed to really be only relying on what the scales says but boy did I have a disappointing moment last night. My husband and I were leaving the supermarket and he decided to get on the scale. I have been feeling so good lately. I have new smaller clothes that look great...
i think u can try do 45 minutes cardio do 20 on bike and 25 on the stair master try that and see how it goes watch ur diet 2 and do abs when u finish with the cardio
things not too good with me.my gym closed down ,am hunting for a new one ,need to find one which suits all my needs so lil worried till then managing with regular walks and jogs.waiting for things to turn out good :)

Hey, I just read your bodyblog since it was on the main page. Just wanted to tell you that scales are CRAP. :-) It was a different scale than your normally use right? And your small clothes still fit? So you're golden. Keep up your hard work!
