Its been a long time since I've been on. Going to the beach next week then starting JAMIE EASON LIVEFIT the first week of June!!

Background
I actually have been working out on and off since Jan. 2009 and lost a considerably amount of weight and was able to keep it off, but soon seem to lose interest and the weight creep on and seemed to mutliply quickly. 2010 was no better and I'm tired of not being able to fit anything in my closet anymore!
After each workout I feel such a feeling of accomplishment and as each day passes and I incorporate my workout into my busy schedule I feel like I will be able to stick to this lifestyle this time around!

DAY 1 MUSCLE PHARM CHALLENGE
Posted in General : Mar 11, 2012 5:01pmWell, today was Day #1 for me and it is going pretty well to say I just have to get use to the eating which seems a lot, but other than that I'm happy about the feeling of completing a challenge and getting my mind and body back in shape! Just need to get a newspaper, take pics which will probably be tomorrow, and continue on this path to finish the entire 12-weeks. I have 75 days until my MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND so I will not be able to complete all 12-weeks, but 11-weeks is good! Hope to see all that are trying this challenge complete it as I am going to try my best in doing!&nbs
