lashawn2001 Happy I actually lost some weight this week!! Didn't think I would because of the weekend....but I guess more calories in do help lose!

  • Oh no, let's get the MOTIVATION UP TO 10!! No matter what's going on, stay motivated... it's the only that will keep you pressing forward! Don't get down on yourself, don't give up!! You just have to work harder. If you feel you haven't lost anything, it's time to do some re-adjustments. Keep track of what you eat, eat every 2-3 hours (small meals). Today is a new day, make it great!! I'm going to be checking on you... YOU GOT THIS!! SO LET'S GO!!!

  • Thanks for the inspiration it just is so hard when you don't see that scale go down even though you worked so hard!! I know I have done better with my food choices even if alcohol was involved more than I wanted! But have upped my calories this past week and I'm seeing the scale go down which I love!!

hshokunb Making a transformation does not mean you cant go out. it becomes harder to have a social life, but you still can find time to stay connected with family and friends. I did an ok job during my transformation but I've gotten better over time. good luck with your transformation, you dont have far to go! Jan 10, 2013 4:13pm

fmphillips You sound really frustrated. Maybe you need to take a break for a day and spend some"you time" to refocus. Maybe write out what it is you think is the cause of your current situation. I know my trainer pointed out some things and I began to realize that one of my Fears was actually looking good because I hate attention- silly but sorta rational. Remember you're doing this for yourself and you're going to make mistakes. Makes goal today for yourself for this week. And please let me know! Oct 15, 2012 9:35am

SamanthaTheGr8 Lol, at first, i lost like 7 lbs immediately, and recently gained 4- but my clothes still fit correctly, so i just shove it off as the whole "muscle-weighs-more-than-fat-rule" and just keep working hard and having faith that it will pay off in one way or another...keep up the good work however, and know you still look great (better than most)!
