How I Started:
I have been working out, off and on for years. But now is the time to get SERIOUS about my work out.
Why I Love It:
I feel GREAT when I work out.
My confidence gets a boost, as well as my self esteem.
The everyday muscle aches and pains I have seem to subside and/or go away, and I can move more freely about my daily chores, and routines.
How I Stay Motivated:
My desire to get healthy, and look and feel fit.

I want to tone and tighten the muscles in my body, while losing weight, bodyfat, and inches from my waistline.
Goal (Long):
I currently have a 44 inch waistline and I want to get down to a 34 inch waistline. Besides loosing approximately 10 inches from my waist, I want to get my body weight down to 220 lbs,and get my bodyfat down to 10-13%.
I changed my Workout Routines to include Supersets on Arms, Trisets on Chest, Extended Sets on Shoulders, and short rest periods on Back and Leg excercises. The Abs are done in explosive movements, with Strength Bands.
The main purpose for doing my workouts this way is to burn more calories...

Hi Larry, thanks for your comments. All is going well...end of the year with work and holidays making it hard to keep motivation for hitting the gym, but still pushing on. How's everything for you? Congrats on your progress pics, keep working hard, looking good!
well keep workin at it and you'll be there before you know it. just stay away from the damn peanut butter. I am at 23.5 now, so I lost 4 inches in a couple months. You'll be there. Then you can celebrate with a new belly button piercing! HA
