I wanted to start living healthy and wanted to cut the fat off my body.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting because I know the outcome of end result will be rewarding of having a nice tone body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is the results that I have every week, it just pushes me to keep going and don’t look back.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from having no definition with 25% body at 185, to coming down to a lean 160 with 13%body fat, with more definition.

Goal (Long):
I want to first accomplish a toner upper body, which means to drop body fat and gain muscle mass, very difficult. I hope to see results in the three months. I have come along way from being overweight without any definition.
