The best way to gain weight is to train consistently but more importantly, EAT! You should eat a meal on this schedule. Do that and you'll gain.

I love your powerlifting video. Thats screwed up the guy still trying to squeeze out one more rep despite blood squirting out of his nose all over his shirt. Pretty funny next to my video of me pressing 280lbs. LOL. I'm proud of achieving my own personal goals.
