Whats not to love about it? There's nothing like getting up at 4:30 every morning and hitting the weights.

Cool :) Hows your progress? I have been eating like crazy, my chest has grown a bit which is good. Hardly put on any fat either, its not like I haven't been trying with all the junk :) My metabolism must have changed a lot. I have been on around 3500 calories for 2 months :)

HAHA cheers man that just made my day :D It must be because I've been working my upper body more to make up for not working legs as I had a knee operation last month. Knee is still painful so not sure when I will get back to legs.
