How I Started:
Used to lift regularly in my 20's and had some injuries and stopped. Stayed in decent shape while in the Air Force (Military Police). Once I retired I put on extra weight and started up again.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I have after a very intensive workout sets the tone for the whole day and increases my intensity for that day.
How I Stay Motivated:
The change I have seen in my body and energy level. The comments I get really keep me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I've dropped 60lbs and I'm seeing definition and size coming.

I do 4 SETS of each increasing the weight on each rep (on bi's & tri's the last rep is taken down in weight 40% and do reps till total failure). The sets are set foe total failure reps are 12-15/10-12, 8-10 & 8-10.
