Monday: Chest and Biceps
-Decline bench press -> Incline dumbell press (45deg) -> Dumbell flyes (flat bench) -> Concentration curls -> Ez Bar bicep curl (+1 Rest pause set)
Tuesday: Triceps and Shoulders
-Dumbell shoulder press -> Standing Lateral raise -> Low cable lateral raise (single arm) -> Reverse dumbell flyes (45deg bench) -> Tricep pushdown (+1 Rest pause set)
Wednesday: Abs and Core
- Bicycle kicks -> Decline seated weighted situps -> Ab curl machine (+1 Rest pause set)
Thursday: MMA Training
Firday or Saturday: (Code of Arms workout)
