How I Started:
Used to be sort of stocky when younger. Then lost weight all off a sudden and my self-esteem went high! Now For higher self esteem and better looks of course I want to get a STUNNING body! ;)
Why I Love It:
Gets rid of bad stress and clears up my mind. Plus the blood flow makes my skin look better! It also enables my brain to think faster since the blood flow to my brain increases! Looking good, getting smarter, living longer!! Damn right I love working out!
How I Stay Motivated:
Results. I love to get compliements from people. I like to be somethig that people like to look at. And It helps me motivate others and boost them up to become a better themselves!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. But I plan on looking like Greg Plitt!

The difference between old picture and my new one is not that big, but Just two months ago I really started puting myself into it. And lost two body fat points in a month and a half!

All is getting better slowly. Have rotator issue so had a bit of a slow down. So doing more cardio and not wushing heavy weights and using my chiro and accupuncurist. Thank God summer is around the corner. How are you doing?
