Overall Goal: Right now I just want to see steady increases in lifts and weight. I will take it one month at a time and plan myself well.

How I Started:
Not quite sure really. I saw p90x and that's where it all began. Tried that for a while but had no idea it was the completely wrong routine. Still got a little ripped off it.

I take a look at other peoples progress, get to know others and help each other out. Seeing results is a big one.

good to hear My training has been going great, gotta love this new gym half the time I go there its only me and my spotter, my lifts go up pretty much weekly which is great and I have been getting a little help from a couple body building friends on the compound moves
haha well I lift as big as I can and strive to add to that every week I eat as huge as I can... half the time I am forcing the food down my throat... thanks for taking this challenge it makes it way mor fun to compete and especially to compeat with someone of the same body type
