I was weighing 215 about a month and 1/2 ago. I'm taking that asteroid stack they avertised. The pre- workout stuff is pretty crazy it's called Jackd. So what are you doing down there, besides partying.

Your welcome!!! U know I've always wondered who was in front of the butt bending over in her pic:) When you got it, you got it, and well, you got it! Things are good, started taking these new supplements to help with workouts, they've really changed the intensity. Only have two more months in Afghanistan so I'm trying to take my body to the next level of fitness, leave with at least a solid eight pack.

I'm on a big base so it's easy for me to get to the gym, nothing else to do so why not lift all the time;)

They are big! I do allot of Cable Crunches, reverse crunches, leg lifts, and weighted sit ups.I know the more you want them to stick the more you use weight. They are buldging out but the definition isn't showing as much as I want. I've been taking Animal Cuts to help, is this the right stuff?

I've got a question about abs. Does the seperation between the muscles start showing as bodyfat is reduced. My abs are there but i'm trying to get the middle seperated. Is there a workout designed for that specifically or just a mater of lowering my bodyfat?

My body works weird;) I have to eat like a horse to put weight on but when I want it off It'll come off easily. Eating right will help allot though, if you change your diet it'll definately help. Peolpe allot of the times think that because they do so many minutes of cardio that they'll loose weight, it's all about the diet;)

So how are your workouts treating you, making any progress? I just started my Diet change today so hpefully in 12 weeks I'll be where I want. Have you ever checked out contest diets? This may help you because sometimes people think they might be eating right but really aren't.

Yeah I really can't wait to start cutting. I'm getting bigger and eveything but after awhile you get sick of it because you want the cuts back. Patience is the key I guess.

Training is going ok. I have a couple more weeks to bulk up and then I'm going to start the fat burning process. Do that for about 10 weeks before I head home. Gotta look good for the ladies on the beach;)How about you, training going ok?
