How I Started:
I've always worked out but I now need to work towards something. I see what others do with their bodies and it makes me wonder what exactly can i do with mine. To what level am i willing to take this in order to reach my goal.
Why I Love It:
The rush I get from working out and the way you can see your body change as you change the intensity and workouts. i love how you take your body and make it look exactly the way you want as long as you stay focused and dedicated.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just taking it day by day and listening to the music that really pumps you up when working out. The girls in the gym help sometimes too;)
BB Accomplishments:
I really don't plan on competing in anyway. I work out to workout and live a healthier life, that's plain and simple!

I've always had a drive to be "BIG" and the one guy in the gym everyone's like i want to be that big or that cut.So my main goal and long term goal is to build up to 200-220lbs in the next couple months and then work on definition!

I like trying new workouts from magazines to help me with PUMPS. Sometimes if I dont get a good workout I look to find a workout for that specific muscle group and if it works i keep it.

Training has been going pretty well man. Getting ready for the summer as well. I just got done with a bulking phase so I am looking forward to cutting.
I work out at golds gym on north union. So you got a wire cut in the ocean huh that does sounds bad i'm glad it was fixed ;). I hope you're doing well look forward to hearing from you!
