I am a terrific self-motivator. I never lack for motivation. Once a goal is reached I immediately review and assess my long term goals and establish a new short term goal I wish to achieve. After that I push forward with everything I have, day in and day out no matter what. Nothing can dampen my motivation, I motivate myself by increasing my strength every single week. It is the best motivation possible. To be better than I was the week before. Every week.

dbzmaxx I just put down what my handy-dandy scale tells me. It reads 16. I have put on a few lbs since the last good picture of my abs. I'm looking to cut that down in the next few weeks so my scale will read under 10% (weather or not that's accurate:) Thanks for the props though. You're looking way good. Keep it up!
