cramos1279 You can try a thermo to help burn those extra calories but what has worked for me along with the thermo is HIIT cardio in the morning before eating anything. Use up completely Fat for fuel since your body is completely depleted of all carbs. Give that a try. I would though recommend taking BCAA before your cardio session so you don't end up burning muscle mass. Jul 25, 2010 3:28pm
