I had a great boyfriend at the time who helped me to train in order for me to lose weight since i found myself a little chunky. He showed me how to train and i've been doing it for the past 12 yrs.
Why I Love It:
I originally started to train for losing weight but after a few years i decided to take it to the next level and try to gain more mass and muscles.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since i train at home its sometimes hard to stay motivated but i push myself and it seems to work. I train in my basement and have posters of sexy women and men on my walls so it keeps me motivated to look at them. I am also looking for someone to help me out with my training and diet.
BB Accomplishments:
I have never competed and sometimes its hard to believe. ai want to do it so badly and i know one day soon i will have the guts to do it. Just need some people to push me in that direction.

Goal (Long):
I need to bring my diet to the next level. I don't want to just diet a little or just sometimes but to do it on a daily basis and stick to it. I tend to diet ptoperly but then give out after a few days or weeks. I really want this so i need to push myself and stick to it and not stop or not let anyone make me give up for any reason.
feel like I am back to my old self before I had a seizure. Killer leg workout at the gym today, cant wait to hit the agin in two day for my chest/ tri's workout. I love the felling of being sore that means I did something. I am back
